InfoPublik – Secretary of the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Cultural Affairs (Kemenko PMK) Y.B. Satya Sananugraha, as Chairman of the Bureaucratic Reform (RB) Team of Kemenko PMK, chaired an RB Team meeting, yesterday.

The purpose of the meeting was to evaluate the Kemenko PMK’s bureaucratic reform implementation during the first semester of 2017 and to review Kemenko PMK’s Bureaucratic Reform Road Map 2015-2019, Satya conveyed.

"Through the RB Team meeting, we expect there will be reports on the Kemenko PMK’s bureaucratic reform program progress from each area of changes as well as coordinating ministerial regulations draft on RB Roadmap review and its attachments," he said on Tuesday (8/29).

Setya further explained that the Kemenko PMK’s Bureaucratic Reform achievement in 2016 is 67.72. Based on this value, Kemenko PMK has proposed adjustment for its employees’ performance allowance which is currently in the process in determining its Presidential Decree.

Setya explained that the target of Kemenko PMK’s bureaucratic reform value in 2017 is at least 75.01. "To achieve the target, all parties need to work hard to make various changes in high-performance government bureaucracies; from the leader level to the staff level, such as agent of change policy setting, role model and other areas of change," Setya said.
