PalapaONE: Exploring “Indonesia Pavilion” in a Grasp

Nusa Dua, Info Publik - Delegates of the 2018 Annual Meetings of IMF-WBG can explore Indonesia Pavilion digitally via PalapaONE application.

Held from 8 to 14 October 2018, Indonesia Pavilion is a showcase that displays the beauty and richness of Indonesian cultural art along with the dynamics of Indonesia’s development.

PalapaONE showcases information about event schedules, photos, product scans, as well as reminders of the event’s arrangement at Indonesia Pavilion.

PalapaONE is developed by PT Telkom Indonesia as part of the program entitled “SOEs Present for the Country” which provides ease of organizing events digitally.

PT Telkom Indonesia Senior Vice President of Portfolios and Synergy Pramasaleh Hario Utomo said PalapaONE also serves as a medium for promotion and publication for participants and non-participants throughout Indonesia and the world.

“Participants can obtain information regarding the schedule of the program, the location plan of the event, the committee, the location of the booth, direct access to Indonesia Travel, various news about the event, the products available at the event, from crafts to investment opportunities. They can also upload photos which will be displayed on PalapaOne gallery,” he said in Nusa Dua, Bali, Thursday (11/10).

Not only facilitates delegates and journalists in tracing anything related to the Pavilion, PalapaONE also makes it easy for organizers to manage activities in a quick, concise, and efficient way via digital.
For the committee or non-participants, they can perform “updating” and “management information” related to news, events, schedules, speakers, and location of the venue by providing event websites, mobile apps events, apps scanners presence, and dashboards.

“The event website will make participants able to find out event information (themes, places, dates) and also do business through PalapaOne application that is directly connected to KatalogBUMN and Blanjacom,” he said.

PalapaONE can be downloaded via Google Play Store, App Store or via website www.palapaone.id.

PalapaONE was initially developed by Telkom Indonesia since 2013 to manage events digitally and was used by Telkom Group as a standard application for internal corporate events. Telkom Indonesia has started using it for external needs since 2017 by changing its name to PalapaONE.
