Nusa Dua, InfoPublik – The total of events held during the IMF-WBG 2018 Annual Meetings in Nusa Dua, Bali, from 9-13 October 2018 is 2,925 events. It includes big (AM Plenary, DC Meeting, IMFC Meeting) and small events (Bilateral Meeting).
“Some events are independently organized by private sectors, banks/investment institutions, rating agencies, etc, on the sidelines of the official meetings and took place outside the venues of the 2018 AM IMF-WBG,” explained National Committee’s Technical Chairman Suswijono Moegiharjo, at Media Briefing room, Sunday (14/10).
Budget realization of this event is Rp566.9 billion, whereas the total budget for the event is Rp855.5 billion. “The latest realization figure from Finance Ministry Finance and Bank Indonesia will be announced at early November,” he said.
Payment of all contracts is being made, in accordance with the due date and contract of the event. “Based on the information from Commitment-Maker Officer (PPK) and the National Committee, the total budget of the event can be cut up to five hundred billion, Suswijono explained.
